During each symposium, a variety of guest presenters offer intense lectures and workshops over a six day period that stretches learners within the structure of the overall curriculum. Symposia are intended to intensify learning, expand horizons of knowledge, and enhance the ability to apply direct outcomes of acquired understanding. These practicums are designed to give students supervised practical application of previously studied theory. Instructors will present cases along with audio and videotapes of actual astrological sessions. Counseling skills will be taught and demonstrated in a manner specifically geared to the astrological practitioner. Students in the Certificate Program are invited to attend one symposium as part of their learning experience. For students who wish to complete a Masters Degree, four symposia are required (two per/year).
