The AAP program unfolds over a two year period with six 6-week courses per/year. Generally, the program begins the last Saturday of September and ends the last Saturday of June.
Each course has two live 3-hour Saturday Webinars, from 12pm to 3pm ET. Webinar #1 is on the 3rd Saturday and Webinar #2 is on the 6th Saturday for each course.
For 2025, AP 101 starts Saturday, September 27, which is the first Saturday for that course. The third Saturday of AP 101 is October 11th, which is the date of Webinar #1. Three weeks later, Webinar #2 occurs on November 1st.
We then skip a week and start AP 102 on Saturday, November 15th. Webinar #1 is on the 3rd week of the course, Saturday, November 29th. Saturday, December 20th is the 6th week, which is the date of Webinar #2.
For AP 103 we again take a week off then begin the course Saturday, January 3rd. Webinar #1 is the 3rd Saturday of the course, January 17th, and Webinar #2 is the 6th Saturday, February 7th.
Then skip a week and repeat the process for AP 104-106.
Scheduling changes may occur in the event of power outages, emergencies, or travel. To accommodate this flexibility, only the months of the courses are listed below.
